- 2 Large ginger roots Equivalent to 1/3 cup ginger root extract
- 7 Teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 Cup Water or coconut water
- 4 Teaspoons Turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 14 Drops Oregano oil
- 7 mL Garlic oil
- Let's start by gathering our ingredients and washing the ginger and lemons. Some peel the skin off the ginger, but we prefer keeping it on!
- Grab your juicer and begin juicing the ginger. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and strainer.
- Juice lemons and combine juice with the ginger into a pouring container.
- Pour apple cider vinegar and coconut water.
- Mix in cayenne pepper and turmeric powder.
- Now it's time to add the garlic oil and oregano oil.
- Give it a good mix before pouring into 2 ounce containers. And there you have it, your very own zesty ginger shots!
