Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, water, rice with 1/4 teaspoons pepper.
Spread rice mixture into a 11×13 in casserole dish. Sprinkle the chopped onions and crushed red pepper flakes (optional) on top of the rice.
Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and place on top of rice.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hr and 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
Remove from oven and fluff the rice surrounding the pork chops with a fork and let rest for 5 minutes. Then enjoy!
