Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix an egg, vanilla, and butter together in a bowl.
Add the the simple mills brand almond flour and stir until dough comes together.
Make one rounded Tbsp of cookie dough mix onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Press down rounded dough to flatten.
Bake for 10-12 or until cookies are slightly browned. Then let them cool down and ready to eat!
