With the heat off, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth and spices in a large pot.
In a large pan, brown the ground turkey until almost cooked through. Drain. In the same pan, add green pepper and chopped onion. Cook for 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add turkey mixture and veggies to the sauce pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and stir occasionally for 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste or add more chicken broth if desired. Serve with preferred toppings and garnishes from my list!
