Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a greased 9×9 glass casserole dish with parchment paper.
  3. Add butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and chocolate chips in a pot over medium heat until melted. Allow to cool for a minute.
  4. Mix in one egg at a time. Beat after each added egg.
  5. Add vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
  6. Pour the batter into the glass baking dish and smooth evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top has cracked.
