Sausage Biscuit and Egg Casserole
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Grease 8×8 inch glass baking pan with cooking spray. Add biscuit dough, lightly pressing to cover bottom.
  3. On medium-high heat, brown the ground sausage until done. Drain grease. Add the sausage to the baking pan, covering the dough.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, sharp and mozzarella cheeses and salt and pepper in a medium bowl until well blended; pour over sausage
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes until edges are browned. Cut into squares and enjoy!
